@Jtmt88 you dont have to use a weld script for this. just get the surface tool and select add weld. then you click bottom of the seat. easy peasy.

If it HAS to be anchored then why does some of my seats (They're ALL anchored) still work, though their duplicates do the glitch? They are the EXACT copy of the working ones, how do these differ and cause this issue?

I have a solution for your problems: Weld the bottom of the seat and put a weld on top of the surface the seat sits on. Then, once you've done that, anchor the surface. Done!

this is actually a bug with anything involving created welds with one anchored part it happens sometimes, and sometimes always includes with seats

Support! Honestly, ROBLOX knows about the glitch. It's probably a simple fix. It's so annoying, and is a detriment to gameplay (and the workaround tends to break easily, my personal experience there.) Three very obvious reasons to fix it ASAP, and yet it's continued for YEARS! Why is this not being dealt with?!
