BC, TBC & OBC cannot be banned forever.

Basically the can, but can't. Let me explain: This is just a clever way of making people buy BC. For something that would get an NBC'er perma'banned, BCs just get banned for VERY long periods of time. So long, that they would probably forget about ROBLOX by the time they get un-banned. This would be good for us because: More people buying BC = More money for ROBLOX = More improvements on ROBLOX, enhancing our experience. Support? If not, why? ~・・・It's not spamming - it's finger exercising・・・~

No support. The point of getting a ban is to teach you a lesson, and if you can't learn that lesson then they have every right to get rid of you. The Rules are set and very easy to find. If anyone cannot follow those rules then they should be done away with.

Have I made a fool of myself? Please Explain. And Before you point out your idea of banning some one so long that they forget about ROBLOX, people make alts. Having one account banned does not mean they no longer have access to the site.

@cool, not sure if thats a good or a bad thing. @OP, ignore the second half of my second post, I really did make a fool of myself with that part. But I still fail to see how I made a fool of myself with my original repsonse. Your idea is basically to make moderation invulnerability a BC feature. My counter point is that that is a bad idea because if some one breaks those rules they should be punished (permanantly if necessary) for breaking those rules regardless of wether or not they have purchased BC.

@tahu159 This is to get ROBLOX more money. It is just banning people for VERY long periods of time. eg. 1 year and 7 months, 3 years, 15 years etc. This is the equivalent of permanently banning them. ~・・・It's not spamming - it's finger exercising・・・~

no support. you make it sound like having a year ban is equivalent to a perma ban, which to most players it is (me included). that being said, you're pretty much opposing your own suggestion in that perspective right there. users, unless they're seriously addicted to roblox or can't make an alt for some reason, will think of it the same way as you do. being safe from a perma ban isn't really worth the money if you're going to end up being banned for a year anyway. plus, if someone does end up getting a year ban anyway, they probably did something extremely offensive to the roblox rules, so why would roblox even second-guess about bringing them back to the website...? roblox wants parents to feel that their kids are safe playing this game, and by bringing back banned users that got a serious long term ban, that would loosen their trust. pretty much, the majority of players 12 yrs or under would be wiped out. tl;dr = read it, it's not that long.
