well my school order/tradition was founded in 400 by the Cistercian monks, and we have detailed history on [the end of] Rome and the Latin language. So you can basically say my school has the oldest continued tradition today. So... Latin doesn't have to have a word order, but the people usually spoke in a general one. Narratone latinam fabulam?

German doesn't have a Subject-verb-object order in the traditional sense. It has more of a Verb-second order. Example: Ich will heute Pizza essen (I want to eat pizza today) Heute will ich Pizza essen (Today I want to eat pizza) When you put a place or time or junk in front of the sentence, the verb goes in front of the subject in order to retain its second position in the sentence.

Ich finde Englisch gut. Es ist interessant. To put because into that sentence, use "weil" and send the "ist" to the end of the sentence.: Ich finde Englisch gut, weil es interessant ist.
