Like what ultra said. If you cannot find any completely transparent decals, you can always make one with a program like paint.NET and upload it as a .png file.

Make a transparent image with Paint.net. Create a decal and upload that image. You need to go into your game and find the line in the script where it gives the icon image (as ultra said) and use the name of the image you uploaded as the cursor name.
