Hey, I just wanted to report about a friend who wanted to try Roblox this friend has an iPad, but not a modern enough computer to run Roblox. I convinced him to make an account, saying how he can play aloof these fun games. When the games were announced to be BC only, this let us both down, and my friend got a little annoyed at me. Luckily, I told him that I didn't know, but he is still mad that he can only play a select number of games, and he doesn't want to pay for a game in which he is unsure about. We tried some if the listed gems, but with only a select number of games, you can't get a good feel for Roblox. I feel that the app could have been a great way to introduce roblox to thousands of people, but many wont be intrigued by just a select number of games. P.S. I was also telling my friend about all the great features of builders club, since I used to have it. He is now saying that it isn't worth it.

ROBLOX does need money... But I do think more games for NBC might be good for new players who have never played ROBLOX on PC... I think they should add a few more games for NBC. Us BC pay for extra stuff so this is nice! I plan to keep paying for BC for a long time..

I just feel that limiting almost an entire device to BC is going a little to far. What would be much better, is making it so you had to buy the app or make an in app purchase to play games, for a one time pay to play.

It's their marketing technique to promote people to buy BC, because of the app, it will get thousands of new users to become BC. To be honest, I was expecting this to be a BC only feature ever since day 1. Also, FYI it usually costs a couple thousand dollars to get a somewhat complex app developed for you. But to take something that was created for a PC and then having to re-write it completely over again in a different code takes a lot of money so making every feature in the app free would have been a waste of money and they wouldn't have earned any money from it.

If roblox expects me to pay money they gotta be joking. The current "NBC" games are unplayable enough what about the random ones? Anyway I would rather just pay 30 dollars straight up rather than pay for temporary BC or have a system where you choose 10 games and keep them for a month rather than have roblox choose games for me.

Well they do, they need to make money and that's why they made this app. It's life, nothing is free.

They already have made lots of money through builders club.

And, if they put a price to the app, even if it were 10$, they could promote roblox with a one time pay, so new users wouldn't have to pay a monthly rate for something they may quit in a month. I would pay 10, 20$ for the app. Maybe more, I just don't want to have to renew each time I want to actually play roblox. When I first joined, I was under the impression that all users can play games. Now for ipad that's almost not true, and ipad is my only device that runs roblox. This is why this is a problem to me and many others.

Roblox works hard. They need money to feed their workers family's. Buy BC+ and work with it.

@Gamesource, yes it's very safe and it's how I bought my 6 months of BC from it a couple months ago when it used to be that old Roblox app. To be honest, in certain conditions it's a lot safer than paying for BC using a credit card or pay pal. For example, if your account get's PGed or stolen and you had BC which you paid for using a credit card or pay pal, they person who now has your account has all your personal info, along with your credit card or pay pal info. While on the other hand, buying BC from the iTunes store (From the app) is a lot safer since it shows no record of your personal info, and how you purchased it.

I'm just hoping I get itunes cards for Christmas and my B-day XD so I can get 6 months BC and 1,000 robux. I do love it how you can spend itunes cards so now on people no having to bug parents for their credit card XD.

they make atleast 1000 dollars a day off builders club so why make all games bc only? is this their way of saying they just want more till everyone ditches roblox?

Couldn't they just make an in app purchase or make the app cost money instead of making it require BC? I feel this would be so much better and still get money to pay off the app production plus gain profit, without requiring you to always have BC if you want to play. For some people like me, this is the only way we can play roblox, since we have an outdated computer.

Not to worry, this is only a temporary thing, I believe it will be gone on the next update.
