You would have to do a mix, because if you only allowed the item creator to do it, as we've been saying, the creator could be a "noob" and delete all the negative comments!!
So, you'd need a system so that they can "request deletion of comment", then a "comment moderator" could take a quick look at it and confirm deletion or not. If someone abuses this feature and tries to repeatedly delete comments for no reason, they could have their privilege taken away and they'd have to live with spam. |

This idea can also be a "noob trap".If all comments get deleted then you can identify the creator as a noob.Probably not much of a trap but it will do and umm...request deleteing hmm?A bit good. |

There should be a spam remove button right now. On the off topic section a noob made 3 pages worth of spam. ROBLOX should make a spam remove button so we can get rid of that spam. Spam remove button is a good idea =D |

I got a better idea, what if the spam removing button didn't delete the
comment, but it just bloked it, if you press it, you wont see it but others will
unless they press it. |
