Pretty much what you said. It only has about half of the required RAM to play ROBLOX. However, check out the iPod touch 4th Generation Milestone threads by Alexdacool300. He is working on making ROBLOX games playable for the iPod touch 4th generation which cannot play ROBLOX for the same reason the iPad 1st Gen. cannot and is currently making steady progress.

See, the iPod 4 and the iPhone 3GS is being ported. Alexdacool300's work will become useless.
