steve perry is the lead singer of Journey. Steven Tyler is the lead singer of Aerosmith. I like Steve Perry the most, his vocal range is one of the greatest ever.

How do you not know who Joe Perry is? If you know about Steve Tyler, then you should know about Joe Perry. I'd say Steve Tyler, and while Steve Perry has an amazing vocal range, Mr. Tyler just has more style and attitude when he sings.

i like both of them but i like journey a little better than i like aerosmith. its amazing how good journey's new singer is. he sounds just like steve perry.
