First, Rules.
No godmodding (example is I USE SHOOP DA WHOOP SPARTA KICK OF CHUCK NORRIS FOR 9999999999999999999999999999999999999 DAMAGE!)
PLEASE have fun.

this is ALMOST endless. 99999999999 battles, each 10 battles of normal enemies or mini-bosses, a BOSS appears.
Here is everyone's starting equipment.
Toy Sword
2 Potions
People can join whenever.
As the onslaught progresses, the starting equipment changes.
Here is how long your Health bars are at level 1.

You DO start on level 1, but as the onslaught progresses, people starting get higher levels.
I will be in it as well, and i will have some different things.
Ill still have a toy sword and be level 1, but i get 5 potions and 2 ethers.
Potions - Heals small health.
Ethers - Restores SP.

ok, now to start.
Story
Once apon a time, there was a land far away, where there was peace and happiness. However, the gods of Hatred, Sadness, Anger, and all that got angry, and invaded the town. The town is now a barren Warfield. Some settelers (us) started fighting their way out.
Every boss defeated introduces another story thing.

when we level up, does each person get to chose their own little "upgrade"? or does the whole party get a buff?

Answer to your question - they choose their own upgrade, AFTER the party gets a buff. Its like this, When the party buffs up, they choose a stat to buff up anymore, or get a skill. and BTW, sp does not show up unless you have at LEAST 1 skill.

Choose 2 of these! (these dont go to the entire party. just people who chose them. Which means if you want the same things you have to actually choose them yourself.)

Skills
Upper-Slash (Run towards an enemy and strike upwards with a sword.)
Spin Attack (Spin in a circle with your sword to hit all enemies for good damage.)
Down Kick (Jump in the air and bring your foot down on an enemy's head.)
FOR THE SKILLS THE UPPER-SLASH AND SPIN ATTACK REQUIRES A SWORD EQUIPPED!

Oh, and btw since we leveled up the new joiners are also level 2. (Like i said, as the thing progresses and we level up, the levels new joiners geet are higher.)
