Im prety sure its posible, but how do you talk on roblox moble?

In a game, you mean? If so, there's a little button at the top left corner of the screen that says "Chat". Tap on it, and type in what you want to say.

It depends on what device you are using. At present, I believe you can only chat on an iPad. I am playing off of an iPhone 4 and I have yet to find any buttons that allow me to chat.
