No support. I've checked out the website and noticed a majority of the comments are people spamming scam websites, I'm assuming this is why they've stopped using it. The forums are easier for them to moderate.

The forums are heard, they have moderators that view topics every day. I never said Roblox was a scam website, look at uservoice and read the comments. There are lots of sites posted to scam people, and as I said before I'm pretty sure they stopped using it for that reason. The forums are easier for them to moderate compared to Uservoice.
