--{Introduction}--
The updates located in this version of the guide removes information on the Assistant to the Grand Admiral along with an updated listing of all Admirals and their specific departments.
With the new leadership change occurring within The Roblox Assault Team myself and a number of the Great Admirals feel a new system should be put into place which would be easier to understand therefore allowing members to gain promotions at a higher pace along with having an accurate understanding of how to progress through The Roblox Assault Team. The new system being put in place works directly through a point (Prestige) based system, yet this system allows each member to choose the path which they feel most suitable with, so for example if you feel your strong point is combat, then said player would focus on earning Strength Prestige, while trying to earn some Knowledge Prestige on the side in order to meet the requirements for the next promotion. Members get the choice of two pathways which consist of either Knowledge or Strength - Of course they may work on both of these pathways if they wish and doing so will result in more opportunities in the future. In order to achieve promotions members are required to gain Prestige in either Knowledge or Strength - If members wish, they may gain it in both areas in order to increase their overall understanding of said area, which will enable them to perform at their personal best. This is a completely new system for RAT, and although it is a similar concept to the old system which did not grow into what was expected, we believe this system has the potential under the correct guidance to become one of the most effective and efficient systems within the Roblox Clan Community. The system will be hard to adapt to since you will no longer be able to earn promotions just for one good deed, but we encourage all members of The Roblox Assault Team to give the system time to become effective, so that there are enough High Ranks to enable all those who deserve Prestige to be able to receive it. If you have any questions about the new system, please do not hesitate to contact the Grand Admiral, or Great Admirals.
--{Earning Prestige}--
With the new promotion system, there is a number of ways in which members are able to gain prestige which is then used in order to calculate which rank you are eligible to be rewarded with because of your hard work and determination. Each method of gaining it is dependent upon the pathway in which the members wish to take. So for example the Strength pathway is based around a member's combat ability whilst both raiding and defending - It can of course be achieved through training sessions if there is a Prominent Rank or above holding the training, which will of course make the training 'Official'. Whereas the Knowledge pathway is based around leadership abilities, the lore behind RAT and an understanding of the values which The Roblox Assault Team stands by. An example of this is the amount of knowledge you are able to demonstrate about the values which RAT takes into account, and the kindness which you show to members who are in need of your help such as your general experience in situations which are causing confusion to those new members, or just how helpful and active you are on The Roblox Assault Team wall can determine how much Knowledge Prestige you are eligible for.
--[Strength Prestige]--
As stated previously, Strength Prestige is based around a member's combat ability and how well they perform within battle. Furthermore, Strength Prestige can be earned by successfully dealing with a situation which has occurred, such as maintaining the RAT values while feeling mentally challenged, as this shows that you are strong not only in your combat abilities but also mentally, which is what we require from the majority of our members, as this helps to lower corruption and the risk of information being leaked to those whom it does not belong. The most common way of gaining Strength Prestige is through attending trainings which will be held regularly at Official Roblox Assault Team training grounds and will be lead by Prominent ranks or above, as these are the ranks who will be able to reward yourself with prestige because of your efforts. Furthermore, if RAT happens to find itself in a war, then all those who are able to take part, and are found doing so by providing support at raids and defenses will also be rewarded with the necessary Strength Prestige as a token of thanks from the RAT High Ranks. Listed below are a few basic things which you will need to take into account when thinking about Strength prestige:
-Never ask for Strength Prestige, instead let people who can award Prestige, award it to those who deserve it, instead of those who ask.
-Do not show off about the number of Strength Prestige you have, or any others for that matter, as you can lose it easier than what you gained it.
-Please do not try and attempt to lie about the number of Prestige you had if we have to revert the infocenter to a previous save, as anyone found lying will lose a lot more Sp than they would have lost through the revert.
-You can earn it by attending trainings which are Official.
-You can also earn it by attending defenses at our Forts if a Prominent Rank or above is there, or if you are recommended numerous times.
--[Knowledge Prestige]--
Knowledge Prestige may be earned by acting both mature whilst on duty and providing support to lower ranks when they're in need. This kind of Prestige is what you would receive if you were the winner of one of RAT's events or contests, as it demonstrates your activity within RAT, along with your level of determination for interacting within the RAT community, therefore enhancing your level of knowledge within RAT. Knowledge Prestige can often be earned by being active on the RAT wall, and by offering help and advice to those who need it. So an example of when you would be able to earn Knowledge Prestige is if a member of RAT is asking you how to progress through the Roblox Assault Team ranks as they are new, and you are there to provide them with a suitable, well presented explanation that is able to answer their question, then because of this hopefully a Prominent Rank or above would notice this and therefore be able to award the appropriate number of Prestige. An overview of how to earn Knowledge Prestige, or kP is listed below:
-You are able to earn Knowledge Prestige by attempting an event/contest. (The higher you come in the said event/contest, the more kP you will receive).
-Being active and helping out those who require help on the wall. (Those who constantly help out will be noticed and therefore earn more kP).
-If you are constantly active within our Forts, and helping out new members who are there by enforcing the RAT Values and Rules, then you will receive kP. (Recommendations can also be given to Prominent Ranks).
-Often Prominent Ranks and above will ask simple questions to people within The Roblox Assault Team while relaxing such as 'Who was the First RAT Leader, the first correct answer gains 1-2 kP'.
-Also if you attend Regular RAT Meetings when everyone is able to attend, and give valid and suitable contributions, you will in turn also be rewarded with either Knowledge or Strength or even Leadership Prestige, dependent upon your rank and contributions.
--[Leadership Prestige]--
Leadership Prestige is put in place once a member reaches the rank of Supervisor. At this rank members are required to start working on their leadership abilities - Leadership Prestige is awarded when a member successfully shows leadership abilities. It is known that within The Roblox Assault Team Lp or Leadership Prestige is one of the hardest Prestiges to earn, since it requires a great deal from the member in question in order to even earn a small amount of this kind of Prestige. First of all Leadership Prestige is given to those who are able to clearly demonstrate acceptable levels of leadership whilst on duty within The Roblox Assault Team. This can be done in a number of ways, either by taking charge of one of the teams during a training and leading them to safety, or by taking charge of a defensive movement outside one of our forts, and being able to repel the hostiles until further reinforcement is able to arrive. An example of how to earn Leadership Prestige in a simple manner is by attending a training hosted by a Marshal+ and then asking them if you are able to show that you are worthy by taking charge of one simulation, then if this is the case, anyone else who is within the Milestone ranks will be able to receive the same opportunity in order to make it as fair as possible.
So to conclude:
-You're able to earn Leadership Prestige through hosting programs whilst at training sessions (or helping out with a training which is being hosted by a Marshal or above) - During these sessions you're expected to provide members with the support that they require and include areas where they may improve upon in the future, in order to ultimately help them achieve their personal best.
-Successfully leading defenses at any of our official Forts whilst showing leadership abilities and thoughtfully assigning members roles to ensure full protection of the server. - Just because you might lose the defense, does not mean you will not be eligible for Leadership Prestige, because as long as you have tried your personal best, then the Marshal or above who is there will be able to see this, and therefore act upon it.
-To assist a Marshal+ with hosting a raid against an enemy clan - Doing this requires you to successfully think about all actions taken to ensure wins on every server raided.
-Genuinely show Leadership qualities when no Marshal or above is around will also result in Lp if a Marshal or above finds out about this. This can either be done through more than one recommendation being made to a Marshal or above about your Leadership qualities on that day, or through evidence being provided to a Marshal or above about how you use your leadership skills in a positive way in which to help benefit The Roblox Assault Team and it's community.
--{Removing Prestige}--
Along with the ability to award prestige, the ranks of Prominent and above also have the ability to remove prestige from members who are found breaking any of the following rules or acting in an inappropriate manor. However, only those who are of Marshal Rank or above will have the ability to remove Leadership Prestige, and therefore if you believe someone should lose a specific amount of Lp then we encourage you, if you are above the rank of Prominent to contact a Marshal and inform them of your suggestion, along with reasons supporting it. We encourage all ranks of Prominent and above to think carefully before removing someones Prestige, and to take into account that we all make mistakes, and often they can be solved with a simple warning, and informing the person in question, how to improve along with reasons why the action which they have taken is not acceptable. The amount of Prestige removed should be, and only be dependent upon the seriousness of the act, not how much you dislike the person in question.
Within The Roblox Assault Team, there are a number of rules which we expect each and every member to follow - In the case these rules are not followed Prestige may be removed, along with the amount dependent upon the seriousness of the act:
-Treat all members with respect, no matter what their rank - Within The Roblox Assault Team, it does not matter what rank a fellow member is, what matters is that you treat that member with full respect, as you would have s/he treat yourself if you were in their position.
-Do not lie - Lying about a rank, or something which has not occurred will result in a punishment. We expect each of our members to be honest to both higher ranks and fellow members, as this enables us to reward you with trust, which will enable you to progress within The Roblox Assault Team. Those people who lie, no matter how well they think they have covered their identity, will always be found out, and in the end they will all receive the same harsh consequences that apply to all of those Roblox Assault Team members who lie.
-Do not flame - This is a very simple rule. Within The Roblox Assault Team, we will not tolerate any sort of flaming. This includes flaming fellow RAT members, allied clans, enemy clans and even neutral clans. Its not tolerated, as you are not only giving yourself a bad name, and ultimately reputation, but you are also giving The Roblox Assault Team a bad reputation, as you are representing us, not just yourself.
-When hosting unofficial training sessions on the wall, do not offer Prestige if you do not have the power to award it. - Prestige is to only be earned through official trainings, hosted by Great Justicars+, anyone who is found to be lying about awarding Prestige will be dealt with in the same way as liars, as you are committing the same action. However, you are also lying to those who are supposed to look up to yourself, and follow your actions, as you are a role model, now that you are a higher rank within The Roblox Assault Team, and therefore you are also providing The Roblox Assault Team with a bad reputation, even though you might not realize it at the time.
-Obey and respect your higher authority - when you're given an order you are expected to listen. However, if the order is, in your opinion, something completely unorthodox or corrupt, report it to a Great Admiral immediately so that the situation can be contained and handled with in the appropriate way. Do not forget that the Higher Ranks of The Roblox Assault Team have all been a lower rank at some point during their career, so we know how it feels to be at that stage, and therefore we will only have your best interests at heart, even if you do not realize it at that time. So all we ask for if that you trust us in what we do, because we are not doing it to benefit ourselves, but to benefit you and all of the other members within The Roblox Assault Team.
--{Rank Explanations}--
--[Entrance Ranks]-- As you are in the entrance ranks you are simply required to be active at outposts, along with committing yourself to trainings. Learn and create new relationships to achieve further progress.
[1] Conscript - [0Kp, 0Sp]
Conscripts are our very basic members which have yet to be trained at this rank you’re required to prove yourself. This rank is extremely simple to gain, all it requires is you to join The Roblox Assault Team.
[2] Soldier - [4Kp OR 4Sp]
Soldiers are our new RAT troops with basic tasks and duties to perform. Soldiers have little to no leadership powers when at RAT related places or activities. They are a main part of the fighting force for The Roblox Assault Team and are expected to be able to understand basic instructions along with following orders.
[3] Scout - [9Kp OR 9Sp]
Scouts are our RAT troops who have proven themselves. As a scout you’re expected to start learning more about the outside clan world along with understanding the lore behind The Roblox Assault Team. A scout is able to understand the basic knowledge behind RAT along with being able to interpret instructions in not only a clear but mature manner. Scouts are able to be trusted with basic duties, such as defending a base successfully.
[4] Guard - [15Kp OR 15Sp]
A Guard’s job is extremely simple. At this rank you’re expected to guard our Forts a lot more than you have within the previous ranks. Whilst defending you will be required to learn to judge the strength of both your team and your enemies to determine when backup is required. A guard can be expected to provide strategic information to the commanding officer, in order to help ensure success when defending a Fort.
--[Experience Ranks]-- As you have now achieved access into the experience ranks, you are expected to have developed an understanding into what RAT stands for, along with a good relationship with your team members, you are a small role-model now.
[5] Infiltrator - [21Kp OR 21Sp]
The job of an Infiltrator is taking a Guard's rank and taking it to the next level, not only is the Infiltrator required to do the jobs of a Guard, but is also expected to provide information on enemy bases through infiltration. As an Infiltrator you are now beginning to set an example to the entrance ranks of what is expected of them. Be loyal and mature to the people around you, don't be disrespectful to those who are below you just because you are now an 'experienced rank'.
[6] Marksman - [27Kp OR 27Sp]
Marksman. What a Job! As a Marksman you will be expected to continue defending our Forts whilst providing support to those within the Entrance Ranks, as with Infiltrator you will be required to respect everyone around you, no matter what. Furthermore a Marksman should start to be able to improve upon their mistakes on their own, rather than having to be reminded by a higher rank. Remember to have a positive attitude towards other members.
[7] Coordinator - [35Kp and 10Sp OR 10Kp and 35Sp]
The job of a Coordinator is where you’re expected to start working on your leadership abilities. Whilst you are this rank you have little power over other members, but the power that you will have will include respect and influence from those who are around you. You are now at the last stage before you start to progress as a leader through The Roblox Assault Team. I would suggest making a good impression while at the rank of a Coordinator, take it upon yourself to help others who are around you, while at the same time providing a moral boost to those near you.
--[Milestone ranks]-- Milestone ranks are those ranks which signify the difference between someone who has leadership responsibilities, and someone who is constructive within The Roblox Assault Team by defending the bases and following orders. Ranks within this category are able to begin earning Leadership Points (Lp's)
[8] Supervisor - [40Kp and 13Sp OR 13Kp and 40Sp + 0Lp]
Times have now long gone since you were once that soldier who just listened to orders and had lack of commanding abilities. You are a role model to RAT and it's members. A Coordinator might have begun work on how to lead, but you are now expected to know the basics, and then build upon them. Lower rank's will look to you for advice and guidance, and it will be up to you to provide it. Now when you walk into a base, you will be expected to offer strategic advice to The Roblox Assault Team members in order to help them provide a successful defense.
[8] Commando - [40Kp and 13Sp OR 13Kp and 40Sp + 5Lp]
Now you have successfully reached the rank of Commando you will be required to continue working on your leadership abilities. By passing the rank of Supervisor you should've learnt more leadership skills which can now be put in place whilst defending and assisting during raids. At the rank of Commando you should start contributing more ideas during raids which occur while you are on duty, along with being able to provide constructive feedback to those who are in your server while you are in a raid. As a Commando you are expected to have excellent knowledge when it comes to strategies during a defense/raid.
[8] Executive - [40Kp and 13Sp OR 13Kp and 40Sp + 10Lp]
As an Executive you should be focusing more on communicating with fellow members when you're both defending and raiding. During these times, ensure you listen to all suggestions bought in by your members as you never know when one of them may be useful. While you are an Executive the Senator ranks would really appreciated it if you provided them with feedback about your time in The Roblox Assault Team, as you should now be at that stage when people are coming to you for daily advice and tips on not only how to progress in RAT, but how to maintain a mature and professional attitude.
[8] Senator - [40Kp and 13Sp OR 13Kp and 40Sp + 15Lp]
A clear representative of the people within RAT is something all senators should aspire to be like. If people within RAT have a problem, then they should feel safe in bringing that problem to you, knowing that you will be able to contact the Council Ranks and have the problem dealt with. As a Senator you are the ultimate role model within the Milestone ranks, as the Justicar has a different approach when it comes to RAT. Do not feel that you cannot defend bases as this is not true, and in the case that you do defend, please try to encourage as many other RAT members as possible to behave in a sensible and mature manner throughout the RAT gameplay.
[9] Justicar - [45Kp and 17Sp OR 17Kp and 45Sp + 20Lp]
By the rank of Justicar, you should now have managed to improve your leadership abilities so you are able to easily and effectively assert command over other members within your servers, along with having the ability to learn from your mistakes. With these new skills, you will be required to provide assistance to those members who are within any of the '[8]' ranks. The help you are also expected to provide should be provided in a calm and respectful manner, help the member learn from their mistakes with advice on where they're able to improve, and remember that everyone makes mistakes, so you should give people a second chance.
--[Prominent Ranks]-- As a Prominent rank, you are able to have access to the infocenter which will give you the authority to provide Knowledge Prestige and Strength Prestige. Furthermore everyone who has achieve the Prominent Ranks or above will be able to host Official RAT Trainings at any approved training grounds. Being a Prominent Rank or above means you have the respect of the Council and the Acclaimed Ranks and therefore will be treated with trust, along with having certain responsibilities which are incredibly important in order to ensure The Roblox Assault Team stays efficient and effective at all times. - In order to become a Prominent Rank you will first have to take the Prominent Leadership Test which includes two sections. First the Theory Part, which involves a series of questions designed to test the Prominent Members abilities to the maximum. Secondly there will be a practical test which will put the Candidate in a training where they can be observed to see how many leadership qualities they have, along with finding out if there is a possibility to build upon them in the future.
All Prominent ranks have the ability to: Delete posts on the wall; moderate the wall to make sure all posts continue with the friendly atmosphere, and are relevant; hold official trainings; reward prestige to those below their rank;
[10] Great Justicar [45Kp and 17Sp OR 17Kp and 45Sp + 30Lp to be given the Prominent Test]
Wow you have finally become the rank of Great Justicar, great work getting this far! Now you've successfully gained this rank, you will have the ability to award members Prestige within the infocenter. With this new ability, we shall expect each and every one of you to stay active whilst staying on the look-out for members who's abilities stand out to you, and in return we expect you to reward prestige to those who deserve it. Obviously a good thing about the system is that we are able to know who has awarded what, this way we can always monitor you to make sure you are not showing favoritism, and if we ever find this to be the case, you will be removed from your rank of authority. Just because you are now in the Prominent Ranks, this does not mean you will not be able to defend the RAT Forts, in fact it is very much the opposite. You are one of our most trusted and talented ranks without becoming a Council Member, and therefore you have a large amount of responsibilities that are placed on your shoulders, and therefore we expect you to maintain our user-friendly environment both on The Roblox Assault Team wall and at our Forts. If you ever need help or have a question, do not hesitate to contact a member from the Council Ranks who will be more than willing to help you.
[11] Vindicator - [50Kp and 25Sp OR 25Kp and 50Sp + 50Lp]
Congratulations! You have reached the top of the Prominent Ranks, which is by no means an easy feat. Reaching this rank requires hard work, dedication, maturity, compassion and most of all the ability to admit when you are wrong, rather than trying to pass the blame to others. As a Vindicator you are now at the highest rank you can be in RAT, without being nominated by the Admirals to become one of their Marshals, and therefore you will be expected to present the values of The Roblox Assault Team in everything you do, so people are able to understand just what it means to be a true member of The Roblox Assault Team. You are expected to do everything a Great Justicar does, along with having excellent communication skills with the Council And Acclaimed Ranks, which will allow you to contact them when you require their assistance, rather than waiting for someone else to pass the message on. You are the ultimate Role-Model for RAT, without becoming a Council Rank which requires you to be specifically selected by the Admirals.
--[Diplomatic Rank]-- This rank represents our central position in foreign affairs. You can not be promoted to this rank if you are in RAT, instead you have to be a representative of our allies in order to gain access to this rank and once your group ceases to function as our ally, you will be removed from this rank.
[12] Diplomat5
The rank of Diplomat is reserved for those who are directly representing an allied clan of The Roblox Assault Team. Whilst in this rank, you shall have the power to request backup to your groups Forts directly through the group wall. Furthermore while doing this, you're expected to stay mature and set an example of how you wish our members to act whilst providing support. One thing that a Diplomat must remember is that they do not have power over any of our members whilst at RAT related Forts, when our members are assisting your clan at your Forts you shall have direct power over each and every member which comes to assist - this is excluding Council ranks and above where instead you are expected to work together with them in order to safely secure your Fort.
--[CouncilRanks]-- Congratulations on getting this far. As a Council Rank you are almost at the top of RAT, and therefore your responsibilities will once again increase, along with your daily workload. However it is not all bad news, as you will be able to help everyone in RAT with the powers which you now receive as a Council Rank. You keep all of your abilities from the Prominent Rank, and therefore are expected to continue with all of those duties along with your new found ones, such as leading RAT members into battle, and being able to organize strategic fights, as long as you get authorization from an Admiral First. You are now the ultimate role model for RAT, and therefore all eyes will be on you are you will be expected to represent both RAT and all of it's values in every action which you take. If you reach the rank of Admiral, you are at the top of RAT, unless you are directly selected by the Grand Admiral to become a Great Admiral.
All Council Ranks have the ability to:
[13] Marshal - There is to be a maximum of twenty (24) Marshals at any one point, this is due to each Admiral being able to have up to two marshals at any one time.
The rank of Marshal is one of the hardest ranks to gain within The Roblox Assault Team. You're able to achieve the rank of Marshal by being directly selected by an Admiral in order to assist them within their jobs. Upon being selected your Admiral must gain direct confirmation by the head of their Department in order to have their decision authorized. As a Marshal you will be required to assist your Admiral within their specific job, and this way you will be able to focus on one specific part of RAT, rather than trying to do more than one job at once which could become confusing, especially for new Marshals. Furthermore, you will be able to gain support from your Admiral on where you're able to improve, from this support we shall expect you to learn from your mistakes, in order to become a better role-model, which will also mean that you will be able to help others who are making the same mistake, and help them correct it before continuing to pass down your teachings. If you are unsure about anything, make sure you contact your Admiral, rather than doing the wrong thing. We do not mind you coming to your leaders for support, as we believe in everyone making mistakes because it's the only way to improve, so do not be ashamed if you do something wrong.
[14] Admiral - There is to be a maximum of twelve (12) admirals at any one given point in time - These will be chosen directly by the Grand Admiral, though recommendations made by the Great Admirals.
Achieving the rank of Admiral is one of the most challenging things to achieve within The Roblox Assault Team, doing so requires you to be trusted by both the Great Admirals and the Grand Admiral. Furthermore, in order to gain the rank of Admiral there must be an open position within the rank as there is a limit of twelve (12) Admirals at any one given point. In the case you're able to achieve the rank of Admiral you will be assigned a specific role along with a specific Department head to report to. Along with completing your role/duties you will be required to host training sessions regularly in order to ensure that we are training our members to the best of their abilities. Moreover, you shall be expected to check up on Borealis on a day-to-day basis therefore ensuring our servers are protected and are maintaining a mature and user-friendly atmosphere.
Another job for the Admirals of RAT consist of observing the Milestone ranks. When admirals are watching the milestone ranks training in order to earn LP, they must continually change the Milestone rank in charge every time a new simulation takes place, so if there is five simulations, there should be 5 milestone ranks who are observed (Or as many who are in the server, and then the admiral does the rest) - This is to allow them to gain Leadership Prestige which is required for them to rank up within the group. So we encourage all Admirals than when hosting a training, they encourage Milestone ranks to come to the training so they are also able to get something out of it.
--[Acclaimed Ranks]--
[15] Great Admiral
Great Admirals consist of those members who are the most trusted by the Grand Admiral, these members each control one Department of Admirals who each have specific roles to cover in order for The Roblox Assault Team to remain functioning at it's maximum potential. As a Great Admiral within RAT you should provide support to the Admirals who are within your Department, explaining to them where they are able to improve. With this, you are still expected to host training sessions and checkup on Borealis on a day-to-day basis ensuring everyone within the server is acting in a mature manner while trying to promote a user-friendly environment in order to keep the reputation of RAT as high as possible. The departments for Great Admirals consist of the following:
-Department Of Internal Affairs
-Department Of External Affairs
-Department Of Warfare
-Department Of Progression
Finally, with all the new changes coming to The Roblox Assault Team, we welcome a new Second in Command - Piede! The Second in Command is required to assist the Grand Admiral in a number of tasks related to The Roblox Assault Team which will benefit the members in as many ways as possible. The duties in which the Second in Command covers ensures The Roblox Assault Team is able to run smoothly at all times, these duties require the SiC to stay in direct contact with the Grand Admiral thus ensuring all decisions made are beneficial to the group. The roles of the Second in Command Include, but are not limited to:
-Regularly assisting the Grand Admiral in monitoring Departments within The Roblox Assault Team, ensuring all members, including Department Heads, are performing to the best of their ability.
-To work beside the Grand Admiral and Grand Admirals Assistant to ensure that the zero tolerance policy on corruption is abided to at all times.
-To assist the Grand Admiral in selecting and managing all current Admirals and Great Admirals of The Roblox Assault Team, ensuring each member is working to the best of their abilities at all times whilst on duty, whilst setting a high standard for RAT at the same time.
-To help manage each of the Departments, ensuring each Admiral is in the correct Department based on their abilities and that changes are made when needed.
-To ensure all members are satisfied with their career within The Roblox Assault Team and are gaining support where they feel it is most needed.
[16] Grand Admiral
The Grand Vilicus Admiral of The Roblox Assault Team manages/oversees all day-to-day actives within the clan. Furthermore, the Grand Admiral is required to come up with new and unique ideas which will help benefit RAT and it's members. Moreover, the Grand Admiral ensures the well-being of each of the Admirals and Great Admirals by providing them with support where it is required. With this, the Grand Admiral runs the Department of Development and Logistics, this Department helps develop new technology for The Roblox Assault Team. Furthermore, the Grand Admiral represents the people of RAT. He is their ultimate icon, and stands strong by his/her people at all times, along with taking into account the opinions of everyone in RAT, because s/he understands that a group such as RAT is only as good as the members, and without the members, the leader would be nothing. The Grand Admiral is not afraid to go down to the bottom ranks of RAT and interact with them, as s/he believes that in order to gain a true understanding of what they are representing, s/he needs to first understand the members and all of their ideas, in order to make RAT a place for everyone, and not just for those who have power. The Grand Admiral will always be there for any member of RAT to contact him/her so that advice can be offered along with support which will hopefully provide encouragement for those who need it. One thing that a successful Grand Admiral must remember is that they were once a member of the lower ranks, and that now they have power they need to remember what it felt like to be so low, as this will help them to remember what they are representing. Rather than just making RAT friendly for those with power, s/he will make it for everyone, by encouraging the RAT Values to be held high by everyone, and that no one is perfect, and we all make mistakes, but the key is to learn from them so you can have a second chance. The Grand Admiral is able to appoint one assistant who will be completely unbiased.
Finally, the Grand Admiral is able to appoint a single Marshal who shall be mentored and have support provided on a day-to-day basis. This Marshal does not have power over any other Marshals within RAT, and should not use his Mentor as an influencing factor in a debate, or when trying to gain control over other members.
--[Departments]-- Each department will be ran by a Great Admiral, and will include a selection of Admirals and their Marshals.
Departments within The Roblox Assault Team are ran directly by the Great Admirals and then they are overseen by the Grand Admiral. Each Department focuses on one specific aspect of the clan, and this way it will be able to operate at it's maximum efficiency. Each department will also consist of the Marshals of the Admirals who are in said department, and therefore will provide support and help when needed to the duties of the department. If there is ever a case when a situation involves two or more departments then it should be handled directly by the Great Admirals, who will have more experience in cross-department matters, however this does not mean that admirals will not be able to help, as they will probably need as much man power as possible. Once you get selected as a Marshal you will automatically be put on the route for the department which your admiral is involved in, and if you feel that you would not fit in with that department, then you should get your Admiral to contact the Grand Admiral who will try and sort the situation out, as we try to provide for as many people as possible, however this might not always be the case.
Department of Internal Affairs
Department Head - Great Probitas Admiral, Second in Command, Piede
Department Information - The Department of Internal Affairs will handle all events are affairs going on within The Roblox Assault Team. All members of this department must set an example of what we expect in each of our members. This Department is required to handle member punishments, doing this ensures members are given the correct punishments based on the actions taken. When dealing with a member who has done wrong, Department members are to explain to this member where they went wrong and how they are able to learn from this mistake in order to get further within their Roblox Assault Team Career. With this, this Department needs to ensure The Roblox Assault Team is a user-friendly environment, suited for everyone. In the case a member feels they're being mistreated they may head to a member of this Department to be given support with the issue. Finally, this department must organize events for The Roblox Assault Team which are based around specific events during the year.

Department Information - The Department of External Affairs is required to handle all allied relations outside of the clan. This Department is expected to ensure members of The Roblox Assault Team are providing our allies with high quality support when it is needed and that The Roblox Assault Team is gaining direct support from our allies in times of need. In the case a member of this Department feels that an ally is providing little support when it is required, this may be taken up with the Department Head in which a meeting shall be hosted with the ally. Finally, this Department must ensure that The Roblox Assault Team stays neutral with any clans we are neither allies or enemies with.

Department Information - The Department of Warfare will ensure that the members of the Roblox Assault Team are completely focused on winning warfare and fighting with the best of their abilities for the right reasons. All members of this Department are required to be strict, disciplined and be able to make split second decisions on the battlefield to ensure The Roblox Assault Team succeeds within battle. This Department is to work directly next to the Department of Progression to ensure members are being trained in ways which will help them win on the battlefield! Finally, this Department must make the decision to send out Roblox Assault Team Soldiers, or to hold back strategically in order to win the said war. War on a group cannot be declared unless the head of the department gives his/her consent and then it is approved by the Grand Admiral.
List of Standard Duties within the Department:
-To determine wether The Roblox Assault Team Soldiers should directly attack enemy clans or wether Soldiers should defend our Forts from enemy attacks.
-To work directly with the Department of Progression ensuring members are being trained to the best of their abilities.
-To work with the Head of Department and the Grand Admiral to determine which clan war should be declared on.
-To ensure that wars are started for the correct reasons, and during a war they are expected to make sure The Roblox Assault Team Members maintain a positive and mature attitude at all times, thus ensuring that The Roblox Assault Team keeps it's glowing reputation.
-To produce strategic plans, which are suited to defending the main Forts of The Roblox Assault Team at an effective level, thus minimizing the chance of losing a Fort.

Department of Progression

Department Information - The Department of Progression's duty is to oversee progression up the ranks within The Roblox Assault Team. In order to do this, all members of this Department are required to host training sessions in which members may be awarded Kp and Sp. During these training sessions, members within the Milestone ranks are to be given a chance to lead the training session and possibly earn Lp based on their ability - At the end of the training session, speak to each of the members who were given a chance to lead and suggest where they're able to improve for future training sessions. Furthermore, members within the Department of Progression are required to give members the test in which they may reach the rank of Great Justicar along with promoting any members who successfully pass this test. The Department of Progression is to be completely unbiased, anyone found promoting members because of friendships will be demoted to the rank of Vindicator and will need to re-earn their rank. Furthermore all members of this department are expected to monitor the RAT infocenter in order to make sure that all tasks are completed at the first available opportunity. These could consist of promotions & demotions within the group.

-To ensure that all situations have a meaning to them, which members are able to understand and learn from. If punishing a member, they should take into account that the only way of learning from your mistakes is by actually having someone explain them to you, along with what you need to do in order to improve.
-To monitor The Roblox Assault Team Infocenter to ensure that all tasks are completed as soon as possible, along with making sure that there is zero corruption occurring within The Roblox Assault Team when it comes to awarding Prestige.
