there's a chat button in the upper-left corner. if there isn't then you're on a game configured for PC.

I have this problem too. I don't understand how to talk, (I use an iPhone 4S) but when others are near me I can see their chat in the little bubble things. And, if they're games configured for PC, then I haven't seen any free games with it, which I think is disappointing. In my opinion I actually think you shouldn't have to pay for All Games at all... :/

I believe the chat feature is for the iPad users, I was using an iPhone 4s and it didn't work, when I loaded my iPad4 for x-mas, I had the chat feature in the upper left. -The Spark?

that's practically impossible. the roblox app on ipad executes a command that opens the keyboard,god knows where it is though. roblox would need all the users to jailbreak and have root access to their ipod/iphone/ipad so that they would resize every keyboard implementation in the device.
