Establish a Reward System for Consistent Rule Followers

It has been proven through various studies on the matter that the promise of a reward for consistently following a rule is more effective at then the threat of punishment if a rule is broken. The reason for this is that with punishment, eventually the punishment will stop working because the person has gotten used to that discipline method and willingly goes the risk of getting caught in their crime and being punished. This is what's happening to Roblox, as people get used to the punishment they get for breaking a rule, they decide to break the rule anyway, even if it means getting caught and being banned. Now, what I'm NOT suggesting is we not punish those who trespass against the Roblox rules. What I AM suggesting is a reward system for those who DO follow the rules with CONSISTENCY. It shouldn't be an immediate reward though, rather a long-term goal for a Roblox player to reach. I'll leave it here, but if the Roblox administrators are interested in my suggestion and would like to be informed further of its details, feel free to contact me and I'll explain further on my suggestion. I agree. I've been banned only four times over the four years I've played roblox, and they were only for short times.

I agree with this, maybe if people are banned, then they lose their reward they have gained (if this is an increase in daily tix, etc)

I have an idea in mind. This should be like the BC Loyalty thing. You get 5 extra Tix that increases by 5 every week in which you are not banned. So you can get 30 TIX a day for just no being banned for a month. If you are banned, you lose all the extra bonus.
