Video Decals [Not the name, just the main idea].

There are picture decals, i was wondering abotu videos. They will still have to be approved by ROBLOX. Though, allow videos into ROBLOX games, like. I have an upcoming game i am releasing. I want to have a tutorial room, instead of having little humanoid chat blocks. I would like a youtube video on a brick. Or, in a gui. Possible to make, or possible to be allowed? ~]Devin1002[~

Creators could find a way to troll people with thse videos. Let's say there's a script in an unavoidable brick that when you touch it, a video pops up with like a "scary face" or someone screaming.

No, like i said. ROBLOX would have to approve all images. The rules for images, say no gory or scary images. Same for videos,they would just not allow it. It would never happen.
