Server Size Preference

There should be a way you could set what your server size preference would be, whether it be full, empty, or in between. This way you wouldn't have to go server fishing every time you want to be in a smaller server or vice versa.

So I could ask for, say, servers 0-30% full, 30-70%, or 70+% full? That'd be interesting, to say the least.
