This suggestion is for ALL those house holds that have more than one child
that plays this game:
Please, put bans on individual accounts NOT IP bans. As this causes ALL those who share an IP address in a house hold to suffer the same consequiences. This is NOT the military where if one individual messes up, the whole platoon gets in trouble. This does NOT teach children anything except changes their mentality into thinking I might as well do the stuff I'm getting punished for even though I'm not the one doing it.
Also, I'd like to add that you get BETTER customer support.... All they do is copy and paste stuff and don't really give any kind of help solving an issue. And I'm sure what they copy and paste if info that is already known. This does NOT show you really care about your customer base/players at all.
Plus, a person, who's innocent, and suffering the consequences of another individual...makes it very hard for them to contact you or post suggestions on this forum when there's an IP ban.
This is the first game I've come across that does this. Most other games punish the individual account holder. I mean, seriously...that is what makes sense after all. :/
