What new roblox??

Whenever I try to play ROBLOX or at least start up the browser, I get stuck with a message saying "getting the new roblox". I wait a while and it gives me an error message. Because of this, I can't play ANYTHING on ROBLOX. I've sent a message to Builderman about this twice! Can anyone help me?

check to see if there is a firewall on your computer that isn't allowing roblox to connect to the intenet

My firewall is turned on, but what excactly do you mean? Cause' I checked my firewall settings and I didn't even see Roblox in the exceptions list.

Heres what I did: First I deleted the ROBLOX folder from the all programs menu, then I deleted the ROBLOX browser off my desktop, lastly, I redownloaded/installed ROBLOX. I am sorry if this doesent work for you, but I was sucsessful! I am assuming that this may have to be repeated if I get stuck with the getting the new roblox message again. Your welcome!

dont listen to them!!!! they are just idiots that dont face what we face!!!! you cant fix it!!!! the reason why is cuz roblox is to lazy to hire pros to fix the stupid and lousy game!!!! my guess to help... SUE THE CRAP OUT OF EM!!!
