For some reasons I see some letters look like html language and it annoys me its glitching all over the site, Please do so and fix it. Objection! ಠ益ಠ

Mostly in comments, and it's not html, even an apostaphe (') shows up weird and html allows them in regular text.

I do believe the problem is the conversion of fonts for the comments. It'll happen when certain fonts don't support the symbol. That 39 is the alt code. Press and hold down alt and type 39 on your keypad. Don't worry, there will be solutions to this. I recommend you post this in the bug reports forum.
