It's a SR (Screen Resolution) Issue, internally it could be a computer virus, check your processor speed and your running tasks. Stop any background programs.

Ah'. I never experienced that but... Possibly uninstall ROBLOX & reinstall. If that doesn't work, then go with the others that they said.
