Probably downloading something bad. Or you typed in "robolx" this is a phising site. Run anti virus and shut down your computer.

I also have this problem, I know about it. I go on explorer, it only happens there. Try using Firefox.

That's adware from ROBLOX's ads. Just try and find a way to opt-out from the company who made the ad or delete it with an anti-virus.
