ROBLOX Not Working For Me

I have tried on Internet Explorer, ROBLOX Studio, and just to make sure it didn't have to do with my account, I did it as a Guest. None worked. All the same exact thing. A pop up that says "An error occured while creating document." When I click OK it says "CDocument::OnNewDocument returend FALSE." When I click OK to that, it exists out of ROBLOX. Riot, that wouldn't be a computer spec thing. Giraffe, my best guess (and I've never gotten that error message for this) is to make sure that your files are in an uploadable format (i.e, png, jpg, etc etc.) rather than a layered format like .pdn or .psd.

I don't know how this could of caused it but- I dropped my laptop beofre this happened. Nothing but a small crack is on it. I don't see how the only thing that affected is not being able to play ROBLOX so I doubt thats the issue.
