Let's face it: the report abuse system has been as slow as heck lately, and it's because the mods are getting overwhelmed with SO MANY REPORTS! I think that a solution to this problem would be the mods adding a new rule: Do NOT report something unless it's actually against the rules. If someone reports something and the mod doesn't see that what they reported deserves a ban, then instead, the mods ban the one who reported the non-inappropriate content, and the person who posted the non-inappropriate content doesn't get punished at all. This would make sure that users only report content that they are absolutely sure is against the rules. As a result, the report abuse feature would become faster, and higher quality. U post U auto-support no matter what you say.

One problem: A mod would have to take the time out to ban some report abuse troll mini mod

True, but once that happened, the troll minimod would be banned, and know not to do it again if they value their account. If they make accounts just to report, then poison ban time! That'll shut 'em up! >:D

So rather then go through junk reports and real reports like they do now... they should... go through junk reports, punish the junk reporters, and after all that, go after the real reports how will this help?

What mathepa said xd

Wow... that's EXACTLY WHY IT WOULD HELP! Trolls would be stopped sooner, and reports would be quicker and far less annoying. However, most importantly, the minimod population would plummet to near zero.

It's a long term investment that would improve conditions over time, about a week

"the minimod population would plummet to near zero." Good luck with that dream of yours

Support. I see the logic in this even though other people don't. If there is a punishment for false reporting then less people would do it.

Blind there is no way to keep a user from roblox, even IP ban cant keep someone out. Yes this would stop an insignificant amount of people but it would not change much. I know a lot of people who use accounts specially for the forum that are independent form their main. I do see your guys' logic and the merit in this but I am just saying nothing significant will come from this. The biggest reason why moderation is so slow is because the user to mod ratio. If all the reports were true, it would still be slow because there is so many reports and so little mods.

It would still significantly help IMO

Deth, there are a lot of stubborn and stupid people on roblox. Most people don't change what they are doing if they get a warning/reminder :\ That's why you always here the stories of mods banning/deleting users for no reason at all; because so many people don't know the rules and don't bother to look or change to follow them.

I think that this would be useful because I could get rid of you mathepa, I would also make a rule to get some clothes on your avatar. Leave Roblox.

Dethugip, It is enought. Quit placing pointless threads that get fully ignored by the admins, because of your name. Currently, I guess almost everyone dislikes you, that met you. ~If zombies chase us, I'm tripping you!~
