I think we should do litterally nothing any other group does/has. Such as, instead of normal training ground obbies, have something unique.

Make it so you have to complete something to get promoted, not like normal groups where you only need to go to a training to get a chance of a promo, but have like a Sf rank, where you need to SF a HR'er rank. |

Now, we need to have less amounts of area in the trainings, due to people with downgraded CPs.
Also we could make the whole training area into one model, and try making scripts into one big one. |

Should have an exclusive group for the most elite fighters in the clan. (Host try-outs once or twice every week.)
Practices, hold some fun things rather than only training. Get the members involved. Ask them what they would like to do for the rest of training. Get the members involved so they enjoy what they do. |

The exclusive group idea was already suggested (but an exclusive rank, not group), just so you know. I'd prefer ranks over groups, but either way I support the idea.

Alright, I have an idea so its like a points thing, but it's an easier way of keeping track.
Promotion - Well 1st you'd need to pass a HARD obby, to make sure you have skill, or at least can pass. Then, during a training, you give out points to members for winning something, or being mature, whatever you wish. THEN. You need somebody to script a place, where High Ranks can keep track of points, through a GUI, and they can add points, add new members to the system, ect. Then when they reach a certain point level, they get promoted, and then try to get to the next rank.
Few ways why this is good:
1. Members wouldn't cry over not getting a promotion.
2. It makes most people happy.
3. I don't see like, any clans doing this, it's original.
4. Lots of people are WANTING to do this, but they CAN'T, so we should try to be the first to do it.
5. You make sure people don't get promoted too often.
6. It legitly proves people have the skill.
7. People can see their points.
8. High Ranks can keep track easier.

Advertisements: Wait for everybody to come in. Since Merely owns this group, why don't we just let all of his fans join? It is as simple as that.

Have HR's host trainings at least 2 times a Day, or more.
Have an advanced training arena. Maybe one of those stimulation training area.
Set guild lines and rules.
Have a motto.
Have many different ranks for the Low ranks to work their way up.
Have the weapons be bluesteel.
Have practice raids, Teach people about obby.
Make the group logo more serious. A picture of merely's face makes people laugh at us.
Have elite groups, that only the best out of the group can get in.

Make sure the group doesn't turn into a undisiplined, inactive group especially if its going to be a super-clan, considering your a famous play. Have HRs hold trainings and rallys daily. For promoting, you could get a group of people "Promoters" that are in charge of sending pms out to people, hanging around the fort and when visitors join, recruit them. Most of the obvious things to do. |

We need HR's (like 3 ranks of them)
MR's (2 to 5 ranks)
LR's (3 to 5 ranks)
And HR's could be able to train people.
We would also need an promo system.
Like, 5pts to get to PFC
15pts to get to next
30 to next
60 to next
100 to next
etc.
And you get 1 point every time you pass an train. |
