Good and fair HR's. Good weapons, a FAIR and well scripted fort. We should also have aircrafts, because I love piloting in groups, expecially when the aircrafts are space-ships and hand crafted planes.

Make a rank that are for the most skilled. They must be tested on everything that BV values. Ot is up
To the accredited person that is testing if they have met the requirments or not. The accredited person is a high rank that knows what their doing. |

Suggestion: Certain trainings can be worth promotions where you would have to complete challenging courses, sword fights and practice shooting targets( maybe). Particular promotions can be worth a certain amount of accomplishments and victories in sword fights, courses, target shooting and other types of training that would benefit improvement in a certain skill (such as preparation from raids at group bases that are Bluesteel Vanguard's bases). |

Ok for training you guys need to have a place...Merely is a great builder so that's done. PROMOTIONS you guys can have a code for every training and then send that code to an account so that you can see who did go and who didn't. I believe these steps will help Bluesteel vanguards become more successful as a group GOOD LUCK.

What we need is Promotions For respect, Skill, and for certain things that they may do. The main thing is also we will need a form, to show rules, regulations and promotion guild lines. Also we will need a council of the most trusted members to help the group, and see it stays strong. And finally we need a Ranking for different skill sets, people like variety. |
