No. Off Topic would be flooded with creepy pasta pictures, filter passed pictures, and more of those things. I mean honestly, who wants to see Jeff the Killer on a post about Pokemon or something? Sweet! Beaver with a chainsaw!

Image moderators would be needed alot more, also many abusive images on OFF TOPIC would be spammed all over and the moderators would have to shut that forum down or work all night.
