Unless your physics class contains 1000 students or so, you are not "in" (under the web definition of "Expressing the situation of something that is or appears to be enclosed or surrounded by something else[.]") the top 99.9%, for you are a larger percentage of the class than the presumed precision of +/- 0.05%. :D
