c5.roblox.com/Setup_0.3.809.0.exe Now, this is old. Very old. Older than before I joined. But it works. It is the classic, most functional studio. It will have to be modified for the new objects I presume, but maybe we could have someone transfer the GUI and stuff to the studio 3. Is popinman still on here? He could do it. Anywho, have fun. PS: Bugs I have seen (Im on windows 8) It will open a copy of internet explorer since it uses the old iframe methods. Leave them alone or it will make you relogin and start over. It may just be because windows 8. Also, when you play a game online, it will launch the new client still, but it cant right over this one because it uses the old installation methods. PPS: Who remembers me?

You are remembered. The browser on the old studio is probably similar to IE7 or 6 as far as web standards go. It's seriously outdated.

@prehistoricman i'm pretty sure it is based on what the current version of IE on the computer is. nonetheless who the heck browses the website with that thing other than to get to your profile and edit things?

It really isn't. I've got that old studio and the browser in it is awful.

Popin is still here, somewhere. I don't remember you, but that's just because I've only been here for about a year.

Chrome. I only hate IE when it takes forever to download chrome. "Don't believe everything you read online" - Abraham Lincoln

Well, it's actually never IE's fault your download is slow. No browser can suddenly pull bandwidth and internet speed from nowhere. As far as speed of browsing goes, Chrome has faster in-page elements but IE10 opens pages faster, from my point of view. Also Chrome supports loads of stuff nobody really uses.

Oh yeah, I've heard that coding for IE is awful. Never done it myself so I will happily make developers work hard by using this browser. I prefer its appearance against that of Chrome, and Google stuff makes me think about them storing all the stuff I do everywhere.

I like Chrome's simplicity. I have the top bar for tabs, my theme that's some emerald like green, really simple colors, no gradients even. Then the address bar, a couple plugins, settings, refresh, home, and back buttons. Under that are the bookmarks folders, all organized. Then my site. With firefox and IE, there's a lot of stuff, that I am sure can be removed, but I don't know to what extent. Chrome is just simple, and looks clean. I'd really only have a problem with it if it looked like Windows 2000 windows. "If you want to become a Developer or Innovator for CSA, contact me."

"Well, it's actually never IE's fault your download is slow." Not true. There's a lot more to downloading files than bandwidth and latency.

Lol, I think Microsoft released something for developers making their stuff backwards compatible with IE. (Perhaps it is for testing, I didn't read the details.) But, you're right, the different IE versions will make things challenging for developers, and most people still use the older IEs.
