Want to become the Fuhrer's Senior command? Well, to gain this postion you have to get the school medal, service medal, and senior command medal. When your are in the High command you can, shout, promote (Depends what rank you are), and has the third largest amount of power. You can also lead raids, accept allies, and join requests.
