How to get an account temporarily disabled

Hello, my sisters account(shallowHotashleigh) was hacked about a week ago, my dad can't call ROBLOX Corp. for a while, the email that her account was under was misstyped, is there a way to get the admins to temporarily disable the account until he can call? I know the hacker's username, but no 100% way of proof, although I am 100% positive it's the hacker. Not going to name names unless an admin asks because it breaks the 'No person attacks' rule... ~~Join Caelestics Empires and The Sparrow Imperium today!~~

Try clever schemes to fool him... like purposely say "you haxed by doing [Insert blatantly wrong answer here]" So he goes "No, you hack by [Correct answer here]"

I did, and I also do have proof now, as I had tabs open, 1 for shallowHotashleigh, and 1 for the hacker. And I refreshed both simultaneously and they both went off same time. But anyways, ADMINS PLEASE READ THIS THREAD!! ~~Join Caelestics Empires and The Sparrow Imperium today!~~

I did, they said without the email is was registered to, they cannot do anything about it, even though the email was mistyped... ~~Join Caelestics Empires and The Sparrow Imperium today!~~
