I am mad that I tried 3 times to save my work to ROBLOX and it said error uploading to ROBLOX. Made me save it to disk.

Yes, press open (the button next to the save button). Then look for the file you've saved. |

You need to click the OPEN button next to the save button. Then look for your place.

*Sigh* You know where the save button is? Right next to it is the open button, then look throughout all your files to find what you saved.

When you open ROBLOX Studio 2013, left above you'll find a tab called "File", click it, then find the tab called "open". After that, try to find the place you saved on your computer, then just click "file" again, and click "Update a place" or similar like that. Then click 'update", then click a desired place that you want to replace with your place you saved on your computer.
Shorter solution: Open the place you saved on your computer, open the tab "file" (left above your window). Then click "update place" or something. Then update it :3

The save button in on the most left side of the ROBLOX Studio 2013 toolbar.
