--[TRAININGS]--
When you look at the TRA group, and see the wall, you may see someone saying "[TRAINING] Training, follow me!", or something similar. This means you follow them to the training place they are at. The most common ones are either TRA : Training Centre V .2.0, or you could have TRA Training, made by HANSJORG2. There are some others, if you want to have the list of all the official training places, message General MagnaBeast and ask him what they are. Magnabeast is the Head of Training, so if you see someone abusing admin (Killing all, giving himself an ff and slaughtering everyone etc...) tell him, and he will sort them out. If you believe someone is not an official trainer, or you don't know who is, ask him.
When you enter a training, remember to line up straight away in uniform, and say "Hello, Sir!", unless told otherwise. Follow each order to the exact word, and be silent and disciplined. Always perform your best, and don't make excuses when things don't go your way. Never ask trainers for promotions, also never annoy them by following them, or messaging them saying "Hold a training.". If you do this, your chances of promotion will fall dramatically.
If at the end of a training, the trainer says you got recommended, message him with name and rank (e.g. eskimo789 - Major). Then, check your rank on the group page, and you may see you have gone up a rank. The order of ranks are:

--[DEFENSE]--
Defend Darox. On the TRA main page, you will see Fort Darox is our Personal server. Anyone can go there, it just saves time having to go to Commander Toni's profile. Going there is very important and people seeing you there will make chances of promotion higher and will also get yourself a good reputation. We are getting a new base with new guns, but if you feel you want the VIP anyway, look in the base description.
Remember to abide to the rules. Don't try to team-kill your team-mates, there is anti-tkill to stop this. Do not kill Visitors, Allies, or High Ranks. Only kill the red people! Try to stand back from the raider door - if you try to go in, you get killed. When you enter the server, you sometimes spawn in there. Get out straight away, with no delay.
Remember to respect your fellow team-mates, they are in exactly the same position as you. Also, follow your Officers orders to the exact word.
Weapons can be found in crates, in the Armoury or one of the spawns.
At base, never follow High Ranks and Officers around, their job is hard enough already.
Once you get to the rank of Sergeant (Great achievement) you can be recommended for Elites. Once you get to Staff Sergeant,you are nearly an officer. Earn 8 recommendations for Captain, and get noticed by a High Rank, and you may get promoted. Once there, come to me and I will explain life as an officer.
