User-Made Limited Time Only Items

Everyone knows about limited time only items in the catalog; those with the clock in the corner. It would be really cool if users could make their own items like that. Limited time only shirts/pants/t-shirts/models.

I will only support if you can sell you models, or you will able to make your own sound/mesh. Besides some people will just retrexture stuff and i dont like it, if you will submit and admins will choose one of the best then support.
