How FEAR gives promotions.

It must be pretty easy to get promoted in FEAR because one of my friends joined and he got 3 promotions in less than 2 hours.

Theyre random at times, I joined once and got a promotion in 5 five minutes.

Ohh and kota, thats impossible, trainings dont last five minutes so you cant get a promotion 5 minutes after you join. No matter who you are, you cant.

We're making a new promotion system right now :U We're well aware lots of stupid things got you promotions back in the day. I remember some guy named Rainbow(something) wore a Dominus and got promoted to Officer.

I lol'ed as soon as I saw this thread. The logic in this is terrible. 1) To get Officer, it takes months; it's impossible to get OFF from just "lining up". Our HRs are not idiots. 2) You HAVE to go to a training to get a promotion from REC, to PVT. That is also a rule, and our HRs checks our Audit Log weekly to see who's been promoted, and who promoted them, making sure there are no randoms being promoted. Think before you post.

The way the FEAR promotes people varies at time to time. Also, isn't it good if you get promoted? And why are you complaining about something your friend did?
