I am actually very flexible and I have some leg strength I just have a problem with getting my leg high enough for a good spiral.

yeah i recommend forearm strength and strength on your balance like while you jump like, your knees and hands have to have good coordination as you glide up in the air just start off relaxed then put the force into it and go as high as you can
