Bought 1,000 robux but never recieved it (iOS)

Last night, I tried to buy 1,000 robux on the iOS app, I entered my apple ID, and it said it didn't go though, until I realized today, I was billed 10 dollars for something I didn't even get! I recieved an error and I didn't think it would be billed but it was and I never got my 1,000 robux! and I checked and I was logged into my account. Please help?

Read my post on how to get help on the topic. I had the EXACT same problem, but Roblox fixded it AND awarded me extra robux for the inconvenience.

It was an error I emailed ROBLOX with the problem, screenshot of the receipt, and my username+iTunes account

They gave me 250. It wasn't even much of an inconveninece to me since it only took about 6 hours total to resolve, but 250 is kinda nice.

If you want #### ##### go to this website ##################### so if you download apps for free and play them you will get points and then you click cash out and spy your username and say how many robux you Will get but van just get so many robux that you have in points! And baam
