They could possibly keep track of who change's there thumbnail and keep visiting and see if there is a difference. If it has no difference just the same as before when you went there delete it. It is not fair I know A LOT of people that make front page games but always blocked by FAKE games. It wouldn't be fair for the people that do put effort to there game.
You should have a type of group where 5 people look at games and see if anything is same or copied because if it is just take it down and be reported. It should not be getting all the fame with no effort. There's a difference between a GOOD game and a BAD game.
