On the "Weekly Wrap-Up," of ROBLOX's blog, the top Suggestion and Idea thread should be featured... I mean, these threads can be very influential. They are supporting games and models that will "change the future," so why not the brilliant suggestions and ideas, that may one day make ROBLOX better?

Well what if it was the same thread every week? To be honest, I would like seeing the SAME post up there, week after week after week after week.
Also, by your definition, what does "Top" mean. In my mind, top means most posts, and some popular threads, (Noting VirtualDarks' Insignias thread) would be up there every week.
Lastly, to be honest, who reads the Weekly Roundup anyways? It's just a summary of the news aritcles they wrote within the week, and the articles are paraphrased. It's like going through a newspaper and just reading the headlines.

But who would be doing such things? Would a mod keep track of EVERY SINGLE post in a week to see which one gets the most support?

Please explain:
TBC, OBC, BC only games, The new NBC bodies, trade currency, the trading system, that ugly sticky by chiefjustus, The new WNTS, Fire, Smoke, The new force field, the new studio, the confetti cannon, the forum updates, Mega places, personal servers, groups, group funds, group audit logs, sets, data persistance, bodies, gears, chakrams, some eggs for the egg hunt, contests, the new build page, the ambassador program, the removal of the ambassador program, loyalty, removal of loyalty, and so many more.

I like the concept.
I know there are some who will say this(My statement to come, not this suggestion.) destroys the point of S&I, but a way to vote up or vote down a thread would be nice.
As for it's potential destruction of S&I; my opinion differs.
If someone just wants to support/non-support and not contribute, they will merely say "support" or "no support."
If they want to contribute, then they will, voting system or not. S&I is not majorly affected, and it would allow such things as "View by popularity - ascending" and "View by popularity - descending," allowing new posts to be selected every so often.
To those who think an official voting system destroys S&I; I never want to see you leave a support or non-support again, as it is basically the same exact thing, just slightly typed out.
A mod could simply "View by popularity - ascending" and select 3 or 4 threads at random. Also, instead of throwing it into an already existing blog, a new blog topic should be created exclusively for this. It will give the S&I forum more weight, instead of causing it to seem like it is completely subservient, if it is granted it's own blog topic.
There may even be a few users who wouldn't mind writing out drafts or pointing mods towards some ideas.
