Hello, I'd like for the following things to happen on ROBLOX:
-Being able to change group names. After a while, you just get tired of your group name.
-Stop forcing updates. I don't mean something like just simply changing the theme of the site. I mean stuff like 2013 studio. Can't you test it or something first, before you just release it out? It usually will just make the site slower and it's really frustrating.
-Can you spend more time trying to stop hackers/exploiters? Instead of spending time making a bunch of hats and broken gears?
-Taking action against scamming. People rob each other everyday on here, and get away with it. Some people spend actual real-life currency on robux, and it just isn't right.
-Bring the old comments page back. Like make it actual pages, instead of one long page. I'm not sure why it bothers me, it just does.
-Lower the price for uploading videos in the gallery for your game.
-Lastly, could you make it easier to access your places? If your OBC(or TBC), it's pretty annoying that you have to change pages to go to work on your places, especially if you're OBC.

2) Support. They should have a pop up asking if you'd like to update something or not.

4) Support, since the customer service doesn't really seem to care at all if people get scammed.
5) Seems kinda pointless. The current one functions fine.

Customer Service doesn't care about anything that happens to anyone.
From my experience at least...
The most help I had ever gotten was from MasterCheifAlpha. I don't think he even had to deal with the problem I had in the first place, but he still tried to help.

Yeah, you're right. From what I hear, they used to care from 06-08/09. I joined in 2010, and I was REALLY a noob back then. Someone PG'd me, and I lost everything. I decided to call roblox, and what "Help" that I got was "Do not give out your account information on roblox." I learned not to rely on the customer support for help.

Wait, hold on. Since when do 5 million people call the customer support everyday? They get paid to do their jobs, which is to try to help the customer, hence the name "Customer service". But as far as I'm concerned, they do absolutely nothing but state ROBLOX's policies.

I'd rather talk to some outsourced person as apposed to a person who just restates their policies that aren't helpful at all to the situation. ROBLOX is supposed to be a kid's game, and I don't get how restating a policy is going to help a kid with their problems AT ALL.

I get that you are stressed, but have you thought about Roblox CS stress. They get the same calls over and over and over, and what do you expect them to do if your items are taken give you free money, then people would lie and get free money all the time! Okay about roblox glitches, every game has their glitches, it's life. Just because they are paid doesn't mean that they are miracle workers that can take thousands of calls at once.

I expect them to help the kids. I don't think their users are going to remain when they have a LEGITIMATE issue, and the company doesn't care at all and just restates their policies that don't apply to a situation. Also, I'm not stressed, I'm just simply implying how unhelpful the roblox CS is.

Well they have a customer support for a reason. I don't feel like going to twitter to talk to them, when I'm not even guaranteed an answer. You should honestly pursue a job for the ROBLOX CS texas, because you're just restating crazy reasons.
