Build Mode Error.

Every time i go in build mode it is a blank sky without a baseplate or anything. Then when i leave the game this pops up, "Do you want to save your place?" with yes and no to it, Its not the normal Yes or no back before.

My somewhat same, I can't create my places nor make models, Etc.
