I gave them the reciept and everything, and didnt get my BC So this is what customer service said Thank you for replying with the screenshot. The date of your purchase was not during the time that we were experiencing a problem with the iTunes store. Due to this, we will not be able to assist you further with this matter. Please contact Apple's Customer Support Team for further assistance. We appreciate your understanding. Problems wrong with this 1. It did happen to me it took 18 Dollars and NO BC, You only found out about this glitch because we customers told you about it 2. Apple customer service told me to talk to the developers/creators (you) So am I not getting anything back? Did I just waste 18 Dollars on nothing?

Apple says in-app purchrases should be dealt with the company directly because they are the ones distributing the "in-app" stuff. So if ROBLOX Customer service isnt helping and Apple says the dont have any part in this... Im in a deep corner...

My parents acctually have to work as cooks to get 18 dollars and cook real food. But ROBLOX hands out "virtual" stuff and gets money, but when I tell them I didnt get the BC and everything they just dont seem to care Wasted money probably not going BC agian Ill just get adblock to block roblox ads and im fine
