First you hover your mouse above the leader board. Then click left mouse button Then hold . Your left mouse button then move your mouse down That's the fix I found.

That's not broken. It's simply a new cool feature, able to resize the leaderboard, sometimes it glitches, but it's cool, you simply click & hold the double "v" button, and you can resize it.
