Hey there,
We sometimes see this problem when people haven't updated their computer. Can you try doing a Microsoft/Windows Update? Go to http://update.microsoft.com/ and follow the instructions. Then try reinstalling Roblox.
Of course, you should only do this if it's your computer or if you have permission from the computer's owner.
