Brotherhood of the States Rules and Regulations: NOTE: Before I start, note that this is based off of Assassins Creed. The name “Brotherhood of the states” refers to an empire, and in the future, there will be different states (Groups) of our order, and this group will govern them. If you have a problem with me getting influences from Assassins Creed, go join RAT or something. >.> 1. Respect everyone in the order, including lower ranks. This group is supposed to care for it’s members. The group services the members, and the members service the group. You help eachother find their flaws, and fix them together and grow bonds. We all fight under the same banner, so act like it. 2. Listen to orders given. Only Soldiers+ may order. That doesn’t mean you can show disrespect and disregard for others opinions, you should still respect them and put them into consideration. 3. Stay active. If you do not stay active, you will not be promoted. You can not just show up to a base once and expect to be promoted to a high rank for one training. It takes dedication, and you must show you deserve it and are worthy. 4. Always call higher ranks by their rank name, unless told otherwise. You may call them brother, or something of the term. EX: “Yes, Brother, that is a good idea.” “What are you doing, brother?” Whoever is the leader of this group must be called Mentor. At all times, unless he/she tells you not to. (I say he/she because I will not be the mentor forever, for I will leave ROBLOX eventually and pass it on to the next in line.) 5. When you’re at bases, try to stay in uniform. Don’t just show up out of uniform and expect people to trust you and listen to you. You need to represent your colors. Remember: When you’re defending, you are representing the order, and you should behave as such. That brings us to the next rule. 6. Try to stay remotely mature on duty. Do not team kill. Do not use EXCESSIVE smileys. I don’t care if you use smileys as long as they’re not in every sentence you write. Example: “Yeah, we won the raid earlier. I think we did excellent :P” This would be allowed. An example for what wouldn’t, would be “LOL look! XD Look at what I’m doing!! XDXDXD” Or something of the sort. You need to be the judge of yourselves, and judge correctly. 7. Use grammar. Like I said before, you’re representing our order. Example: The way I typed this. This is how I expect you to talk 90% of the time. Something you should not do: “u shud not talk lik this or nething of the sort”. Correct capitalization and punctuation is required. When I start noticing, you’ll open yourselves up to promotions. 8. Assassination Contracts: You must be a certain rank to obtain an assassination contract. They are given out to people at the rank of Warrior. I will contain a rank guide later on. NOTE: These next 3 rules are taken DIRECTLY from Assassins Creed. Like I said earlier, if you have a problem, don’t bother wasting your time or mine commenting or hating. 1. Stay your blade from the flesh of an innocent. This means, while raiding or defending, if there are visitors, do NOT kill them. At all. If you are caught visitor killing, and there is proof, you WILL be demoted. No matter how serious. If you continue to do so, you will be exiled. If they have nothing to do with the battle, leave them out of it. 2. Hide in plain sight. This means to accept your terrain as your cover, and to be stealthy. If you are on an assassination contract, you need to be quiet, and get your job done quickly, and efficiently. If you need to snipe them, or go in for a close kill, do it. Whatever means necessary, just get the contract done. Do not reveal yourself to be an assassin to the enemy until you’re done. 3. Never compromise the brotherhood. This covers a broad range. If you are caught giving our information to the public, or you start a war with another group that was not wanted by any of the high ranks, you will be in trouble. There will be consequences. RANK GUIDES: This section will tell you how to progress through the ranks. Recruit -> Servant: Go to a training. Seriously. Just one. It shows that you’re willing to start the road to become an assassin. THE RANK OF SERVANT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE A SERVANT. It’s a recognition that you started serving the creed. Servant -> Assistant. To do this, you need to show one of the people who can promote that you are in fact going to trainings, and staying remotely active. Assistant -> Soldier. Participate in 3 raids, trainings, and defense. Soldier -> Disciple. Show that you are respectful and observant, and that you know how to do your job (Keeping our order safe). Disciple -> Mercenary. Prove that you have exceeded others in combat, and that you can defend, serve, attack, mentor, respect, and overall help your brothers succeed and better themselves and you, and lead the group to glory. Mercenary -> Warrior. This is the MAJOR step in becoming an Assassin. Before this rank, you were an Assassin in training. This is the step to get the rank of Assassin. (Warrior+). To get Warrior, you must show that you have earned Mercenary, and continue to do these. Eventually you will get a PM from a Master Assassin or myself giving you a name, and telling you a group, and details about them. This is your target. You must take them out, and provide PROOF that you did so. If you do it, but have no proof, it will not count. At all. You must get a video, or a screenshot. Warrior -> Veteran. You need to have been with the Brotherhood for a while, and proved your loyalty and efficiency in taking out targets. You need to be a respected member of the group, and you will be noticed by one of the Master Assassins, or myself. Veteran -> Master Assassin. The Master Assassins are chosen by myself. I will choose those I deem worthy, and able to work and are excellent leaders, loyal, kind, caring, strict, and friendly. These people show me they have gone above and beyond the average, and that they can handle the responsibility. I will ask them if they would like the position, and they have the choice to take on the responsibility. I appoint the second in command, third in command, and fourth in command. The most Master Assassins I will allow at one time is 8. No more than that. Master Assassin -> Mentor. This one is not a goal you should set yourself for. I’m not trying to crush your dreams, but it’s very unlikely that you will get my rank. But if you want to try, go ahead. Do all of the stuff in this guide, and go above and beyond. If you can do that, then I will have my considerations. But they will only be appointed when I leave Roblox. Thank you for joining the Brotherhood of the States. Remember. Nothing is True, everything is permitted. We are Assassins. We work in the dark to serve the light. Good luck to you all, even if you are not part of our creed. To our enemies, Requiescat in Pace. ~Mentor Hephysto Aquila
