My game pass cash is not showing up

I have a mega vip game pass on one of my places and alot of people have been buying it. It costs 144 robux and my cash history says that cash from game passes is held for a bit to check. I have been waiting for 3 days and I have not received the robux I should have earned. It still shows the cash on the currency history is pending so what happened?
