In the United States of America, owned by gmf34, the US Immigration Agents do not have the power to grant immigrants their citizenship. If we can't promote or demote how can we do our jobs as immigration agents? The Immigration Agents need to be able to promote and demote people so we can do our job. I will be speaking to him. It's interesting, in the "Group Powers" section (which I have access to viewing), the box that says the Immigration Services can change ranks is checked, however Roblox isn't allowing that tab to do it. I will be looking into this, or finding a solution to this problem as soon as possible to continue to fix the immigration, rather than leaving it to others.
