Does anyone have any reason why they think The Beast or Mercer would win? I think the beast would win because of his size and durability. The Beast regenerated after getting hit by a nuke.

it would be hard to tell, i would wonder what would happen if mercer infected the beast with the virus

Its kind of a hard battle even though the beast is huge. Mercer and The Beast have both survived Nuke Bombs. But Mercer only survived because he absorbed a bird. The Beast regenerated by himself Atom by Atom.
