okay guys, so... i went to buy the 9.95 dollar package for robux, it says 'declined by bank' at the top, but on the cards information it says that the bill is pending, i tried 5 times and it said the same thing... the cards a visa gift card for 40 dollars. can anybody help me?

Where did you buy this card? It may have been already used or something like that. I think in this situation it is the card's fault. Hope this helps :)

Pretty sure you can only use debit or credit cards for purchases. Not giftcards. Source: Personal experience

I had EXACT same problem and I used a Mastercard Credit Card. I had just used a Mastercard Debit Card to make a purchase and it worked. My Mastercard Credit Card has plenty of credit available to make the purchase I made AND I am current on my payments to the credit card AND when I go online to my credit card site it shows the money was charged by Roblox. I had my son log off and log back on several times....rebooted computer.....deleted cache....STILL no robux....BUT the charge is definitely on my card. Can anyone help me? I had the same problem that 88Toxm88 had...EXACT! Thanks...

Visa Gift Cards are United States only. When you check out with credit/debit card, ROBLOX uses PayPal as the payment processing gateway. Sadly, PayPal has a good chance of denying gift cards because sometimes, it provides a country other than the United States - or gives the bank an invalid country code - in which your visa gift card doesn't allow. That's what is happening.

What about with my problem. I'm not using a gift card but a real credit card. Furthermore, I can understand it being "denied" for whatever reason....BUT why does it say it is denied, NOT give me the robux BUT still charge my credit card for the $24.95. Respectfully, that is NOT right. I mean...if it is denied...fine....BUT they shouldn't charge my credit card (for which I have to pay) and THEN NOT give me the product. Please advise. Thank you very much for your help in advance!
