when i join a game then after seconds, my game freezes for some seconds and then it says You have lost connection to the game
any help please? is this my computer or my internet? roblox crash? i dont know.. |

It's because of roblox's new network, they are still fixing it. |

This sounds like an internet problem on your end. What operating system are you using? Are you using wifi or a wired connection? |

You may have to re-install roblox or check for a virus. It would best to give more information like what internet type you use like Ex; (windows 7, Mac). My biggest suggestion is to email a moderator at [email protected] about your situation and they will give you some suggestions.

It's your connection. You might want to check your main source of Internet, unplug the Cable, wait 30 seconds, and plug it in again.

I unplugged the cable for 30 seconds, doesn't still work. My game still randomly freezes then lose connection. |
