10 is too much. Don't forget that new users don't have much money and they only get 10 tickets per day... I think one ticket would be the maximum they would be able to charge for that.

Roblox is owned by people other then the government, therefore they can make their own rules on how they want the website run and what can/can't be said. This means they COULD charge if they wanted to.
